Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Kuwait.

Delivery charge

A flat 1.500 KWD per order, anywhere in the country. There are no additional handling, fuel or remote-area surcharges.

How fast

Order before 5:00 PM and we deliver the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the next day.

We deliver seven days a week, including Fridays and public holidays unless we say otherwise on the homepage.

How it works

Your order is picked and packed at our fulfilment warehouse in Kuwait. We hold our own stock — nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, so the timeframe above is a real one.
You will receive a confirmation when the order is placed, and our driver or courier will contact you on the phone number you provide before arriving.
Please make sure the delivery phone number is a number you will answer. The single most common cause of a delayed delivery is an unreachable customer.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when it should have, message us on WhatsApp at +965 5540 0032 with your order number and we will trace it the same day.

Incorrect addresses

If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge of 1.500 KWD applies.
